Payment Methods

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  It is our standard policy not to charge your card before your order is ready to ship.  If you have a backordered item, we will not charge you until it is filled.  For payment by check or money order, print out a copy of your completed order form and mail this to us with your check or money order to Ni Hao Productions, LLC, P.O. Box 320590, San Francisco, CA 94132-0590.  Check orders will not be shipped until payment is received and has cleared your bank.  We will charge a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.  Money order and cashier check orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.  We will automatically cancel orders awaiting checks or money orders if payment is not received within 14 days.

Shipping Terms

Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days from San Francisco, CA.  If you require expedited shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@myearlystart.com or call (415) 504-7355.

Products are shipped via USPS.  Shipping and handling fees are calculated in the Shopping Cart during checkout and before confirming your order.  With standard shipping within North America, most orders will arrive in 7 to 10 business days.  All items in order must be shipped using the same delivery method and to the same location.  All international orders will ship via U.S. Postal Airmail.  Please contact us at customerservice@myearlystart.com for the exact shipping charge.  There is an automatic $25.00 fee billed to your account if the shipment is refused.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority.  However, due to the duplicable nature of our products, any opened media products purchased via the www.myearlystart.com Website can not be returned for refund or exchange.  The only exception is for a damaged or defective item, which needs to be returned to us within 30 days of delivery of your order for an exchange of the same item or refund of the purchase price not including shipping and handling charges.  We will only be able to process exchanges for items purchased from the www.myearlystart.com website.  If you purchased your items from another retailer, please contact their customer service department.  Please note that shipping and handling fees will not be credited.
